Confidentiality
Many
firms publish a variety of settlements and verdicts. There is
certainly nothing wrong with that and it is ethical to do so.
Our firm prefers to keep all firm business confidential
including any clients, any settlements, any verdicts, including
any information that may be known publicly. Confidentiality is
important to us and to our clients. That has always been the
policy of the firm, but in this age of massive and instant
dissemination of all information published, it is a more
important consideration than before.
