The firm has four types of fees:
Personal injury and wrongful death: Competitive contingency
fee, otherwise known as percentage fees, are charged. Basically
speaking, if there is no recovery – there are no fees.
Out-of-pocket expenses are in addition to the fees. It is
important to remember that these fees are contingent and not the
type of fees that the firm uses in criminal, domestic relations,
and other type of cases listed below.
Criminal: Most criminal cases are charged on a flat fee
basis with payment being required at the beginning of
representation. The more serious and complicated the matter, the
larger the fee.
Domestic Relations: Normally, the firm requires a
substantial retainer fee to be applied against an hourly rate.
All other types of case: A flexible fee arrangement will
be tailored to fit any unusual types of cases.
